Minkey the Monkey
Minkey is a monkey with an 'i' instead of 'o' Minkey doesn't know where the 'o's supposed to go.
He swongs from branch to branch with an 'o' instead of 'i'. See him swonging low when he should be swinging high!

Adorable, John, You have "Children's Book Author" wrotten all over you! This is winderful! The notpicker in me needs to point out that, although very cute, those are chomps, not minkeys in the picture. Great imagination and sense of humor. I'm sure your son loves it!

Remember Pink Panther? Peter Sellars (Inspector Clouseau) says "Is that your minkey?" "My what?" "Your minkey." "My what?" "Your minkey."
Anyway it was funny then, and yours is funny now.

Hi John,
Oh, I love this! I have to agree with Brigid. I think you're definitely a children's book author in the making. Do you have more animal poems?
