You got it Bridget, but if you feel like imagining a meaning for it, I won't object ;D
Diannet, I love your poem - sure is more work than it looks though, isn't it?

How fun! I had somehow missed this second page of responses -Drat me!! Love Dianne's, and yes definitely zugzwang...which is utterly German. Will go back and look again. Dinosaurs and dragons...either long dead or entirely mythological. Very emotional times in my world and when I am spent from it I find myself almost without focus. And thoroughly beyond puzzling out any 'one last things' Brigid -for myself I focused on rhythm and old English. And those funny contractions which traditional poetry occasionally has. Gathered up a pool of odd and enticing words from real English, altered their spellings or syllables, and started stringing. Think I got carried away, lol. But I had a lovely, delicious time of it

Yes, zugzwang is a word directly imported from German, though any good extensive English dictionary will have it ... much like toboggan which is a Cree word that was imported into English.
As for dinosaurs and dragons - are we sure one of them is entirely mythological? Come to think of it, there are some people who believe that dinosaurs are mythological - or a hoax - because they can't accept such a thing even with the evidence of the bones. I like to keep an open mind, even on dragons ;D
